RETURN & EXCHANGE

We would like you to know that we happily accept product returns, provided that the product is new and unused and you ship it within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused, with original tags and accessories. Please make sure that the product you are returning is in its original condition with the product care card, invoice and packaging (cardboard box, dust bag, strap, etc.). Otherwise, we cannot accept your return and cannot give a full refund.

The customer is solely responsible for the process of returning the product to us. Once we receive your returned product, it may take up to 3-5 days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete. The refund will be made to the same payment method used to make your purchase. Once we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.
